Makin’ Bacon with Your Honey at the Hermann Wursthaus

Hands-on class in the German art of bacon making, taught by Wurstmeister Mike Sloan. Cotails & Kisses is a special Valentine’s Day Bubble Hour featuring our award-winning Sparkling Brut wine. Guests will be among the first to sample our new wine cocktails, coupled with an array of gourmet appetizers and chocolate temptations. An evening suited to the likes of Mark Antony and Cleopatra. He Said Food, She Said Wine

A debate on Food and Wine pairing. This course lays the foundation for understanding how food and wine do (and sometimes do not) work together. There will be sampling. There will be tasting.
